Hello Robert,

in 1977 695 units were build (9307700001 - 9307700695) but this don´t means, that the first 642 were ROW and the last 82 for Japan.
Which one is ROW and which Japan, Porsche only knows it, hopefully ;-)

Hi i think this is a great site and ive been using it to do some research, but im a bit confused and thought to ask for some help with this,
I have a Porsche 930
its a ROW 930 #930770644 260hp
I bought it a few years ago with corresponding paperwork and matching numbers of which i have verified myself
It is an original RHD Australian ROW Hamiltons delivery car delivered new in 1977 with 17 km on the clock

on your site it says 642 ROW units were made?
and it shows some more went to Japan

My car is numbered #644, which is 2 over,
could you help me with the mismatch? is it possible that more than 642 row units were made? or is my car a japanese car or something?

Look forward to your reply
Best Regards
Robert Goretzki
